It is with great pleasure that we present Nina Bondeson, Charlotta Grunewald and Lisa Juntunen Roos in a joint exhibition.<\/p>\n
Three artists, three interpretations, three approaches.<\/p>\n
In our time.<\/p>\n
Nina Bondeson expresses herself through a teeming rich embroidery that grows into an unexpected pattern full of meanings to give voice to fascinating life stories and constructed alter egos.<\/p>\n
Charlotta Grunewald is the Obstetrician who has had the world as her field of work. She shares her experiences and view of what happens around us through narrative textiles. It is embroideries and fabric appliqu\u00e9s that bring with them a strong visual world that is impossible to resist.<\/p>\n
Lisa Juntunen Roos creates art through braided coffee packets. She examines the driving force and the naturalness of the creative process, while at the same time it is an empathetic reflection of the cultural environment.<\/p>\n
The title of the exhibition “What new from Earth \/ Vad nytt fr\u00e5n Jorden?” is taken from one of Nina Bondeson’s embroidered works. The maxim sets the agenda for the three artists who, from different perspectives, take the temperature of the time we live in right now.<\/p>\n
