Galleri Sebastian Schildt proudly presents art jeweler Märta Mattsson & mask design and photographer Eva von Bahr´s first joint exhibition “Down the rabbit hole” where photography, sculpture and jewellery meet in a cabaret-like cavalcade.

Eva von Bahr’s photos, inspired by costume and scenography, are depicting Märta Mattsson’s imaginative jewellery inspired by nature. The well-composed motifs have a decadent and cinematic character that conveys an ambivalent and unspoken atmosphere. The exhibition is also populated by sculptures in the form of snails and nymphs made of hand-blown and cast glass.

The two artists, who got to know each other in connection with Eva von Bahr wearing Märta Mattsson’s jewellery at the Oscars, turn the gallery into a suggestive sanctuary that it is impossible to resist.
