Gallery Sebastian Schildt has the great pleasure of inviting you to jewelry artist Inbar Avneri’s first exhibition at the gallery. Inbar Avneri’s jewelry art is born out of her love for classical ballet and the dynamic movements of animals. Swift drawings constitute the first part of her creation process, where dance, the animal kingdom, and a world full of fantasy creatures come to life. Through a playful and experimental process, sweeping lines and organic shapes are transformed into gold, silver, brass, and paper.

Like the diversity of species, each piece of jewelry is unique and exemplifies a harmonious symbiosis between art and nature. The result is sculptural jewelry that reaches its absolute perfection when worn on the body.

In connection with the 2023 edition of Milan Jewelry Week, Gallery Sebastian Schildt participated as a partner and jury member to select a winning artist. The obvious choice fell on the talented Israeli artist Inbar Avneri, and now it is finally time to introduce her to a Swedish audience.
