Erik Tidäng
Swedish silversmith Erik Tidäng often creates ingenious jewellery and objects for everyday use in different kinds of metal. His technology-influenced creations are reminiscent of the pared down design of the engineer, whose work is governed by the laws of physics. Tidäng is constantly looking for details, material combinations and constructions that can be developed into new shapes and solutions.
Erik Tidäng, född 1973, bosatt och verksam i Stockholm, utbildad på Stenebyskolan och MFA Metallformgivning Konstfack, medlem och medgrundare av verkstadskollektivet LOD. Representerad på Nationalmuseum, Stockholm.
