The following privacy policy informs of the gallery’s treatment of the personal data provided by the web user/ customer, which rights the web user/ customer has in regards to said treatment of their personal data and where the web user/ customer should turn to exercise these rights.

What Kind of Personal Data We Process and Why
The Gallery Website’s Contact Form and Email Communication
• Name
• Contact Information: email and telephone number
• In certain cases also: address
• Information on which specific artwork the web user/customer has expressed an interest in/ reserved via the gallery website or email.
The above collection and treatment of personal data is done via the submitted contact form under the heading “Interested in this work?” which can be found on the product page for each artwork in our shop. This collection and treatment of personal data is also done via email communication.
The web user’s/customer’s submitted contact form on the gallery website means that they consent to the processing of their submitted personal data. Likewise, this consent is also given during email communication with the gallery.
The Collection and Processing of the Above Personal Data is Done For the Following Reasons:
• Communication with web user/ customer in connection with their expressed interest in an artwork, for reservation, order, purchase or delivery of artwork
• Administration of the aforementioned expression of interest in an artwork, and the administration involved in dealing with a reservation, order, purchase or delivery of artwork. Upon requested delivery of artwork, the above personal information is also shared with selected carrier
• Assistance in customer service matters regarding the order, purchase or delivery of artwork. When dealing with the return of artwork, the above personal information is also shared with selected carrier.
Newsletter
The web user’s/ customer’s registration to receive Galleri Sebastian Schildt’s newsletter via the gallery website or email communication entails that they give their consent to the treatment of their submitted email address.
The gallery sends newsletters/ marketing to subscribers for the following reasons:
• Send marketing and information about the gallery’s artwork, artists and various campaigns as well as invitations to events via email
• Provide the web user/customer with customized marketing in digital channels
The gallery uses the web user’s/customer’s registered email address to administer their registration for, or participation in, the event that the newsletter pertains to.
Cookies
The gallery website www.gallerisebastianschildt.se/en and its subpages use cookies to improve the web user’s overall user experience: for statistics, analysis and marketing. Data is collected using the web analytics tool Google Analytics
Google Analytics places a cookie on the web user’s computer, which collects information about how the web user browses the gallery website. We use this information to see what kind of content is popular on the website and to improve the site as a whole.

Saving Personal Data
The Gallery Website’s Contact Form and Email Communication
Galleri Sebastian Schildt retains the collected personal data from the gallery’s online contact form where the web user has expressed their interest in/ reserved an artwork, as well as any associated email communication, until the web user makes a specific request to the gallery’s contact information (see bottom of this page) to have their personal information deleted.
To administer customer service matters via email, telephone or social media, the gallery keeps information such as name, email, telephone number, address, information on the purchased artwork as well as other information that the customer has provided.
Gallery Newsletter
The web user’s/ customer’s registration to receive Galleri Sebastian Schildt’s newsletter via the gallery website or email communication, entails that they give their consent to processing of their submitted email address.
The Gallery Sends Newsletters/ Marketing to Subscribers For the Following Reasons:
• Send marketing and information about the gallery’s artwork, artists and various campaigns as well as invitations to events via email
• Provide the web user/ customer with customized marketing in digital channels
Galleri Sebastian Schildt uses the web user’s/ customer’s registered email address to administer their registration for, or participation in, the gallery’s campaigns and events. The gallery continues to send newsletters to the web user’s/ customer’s email until they unsubscribe from the gallery’s mailings, or otherwise contact the gallery’s contact information (see bottom of this page) to object to receiving this kind of marketing. When unsubscribing from the gallery’s newsletter, the web user’s/ customer’s personal data is deleted from the gallery’s mailing list.
At the Gallery
For administration purposes, to assist in the requested delivery of artwork to the customer and/ or to assist the customer during their purchase of artwork made on site at Galleri Sebastian Schildt’s physical gallery – the gallery processes and saves the following information:
• Name
• Contact Information: email, telephone number and in some cases also address
• Information on the purchased or ordered artwork
• Payment Information
Accounting
Galleri Sebastian Schildt’s register of customers in the form of (1) the gallery’s invoicing system and (2) customer’s business information provided by email, only contains the personal information that is necessary to fulfill the gallery’s agreement with the customer. This personal data includes:
• Name
• Address
• Email
• Payment History and Transactions
In accordance with The Swedish Accounting Act, Galleri Sebastian Schildt saves the customer’s above personal information in the gallery’s invoicing system for at least seven years from the customer’s last invoiced assignment. Only after this time period can the customer’s contact details be deleted at their request to the gallery’s contact information (see bottom of this page).
The customer’s contact information provided by email as well as any quotations in the gallery’s invoicing system can be deleted at the customer’s request, one year, at the earliest, after the customer’s last invoiced or quoted assignment. This is so that the gallery can complete the agreement with the customer and handle any questions accordingly.
Which Rights the Web User Has In Terms of Their Personal Data
The web visitor can request that Galleri Sebastian Schildt deletes all saved personal data that the gallery has about the web visitor / customer. However, this does not include any information that the gallery is obliged to save for administrative or legal reasons or security purposes.
